I love to help people become the best version of themselves.

I'm Casandra, and I have experience working with children and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, autism, healing from trauma, addiction, grief, parenting problems, marital problems, and many others.

My main office is at 8207 Hudson Ave Suite C, in Lubbock, TX. My secondary office is at the Gathering Place at 5980 W Hwy 180 in Snyder, TX, and I also offer telehealth options across Texas!

For individual sessions, the first session is always free. After that my standard rate is $75, but I have an income based sliding scale as well for those who qualify.

My counseling approach is to address issues in a way to heal your body, mind, and spirit.

My spiritual background is Christian, but I have experienced and researched many other paths and will help you reach your goals. Let's walk your path together for a while.
